FCS Controls Systems B.V., based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has been acquired 100% by Moog Inc. in August, 2005. FCS is a designer and manufacturer of high fidelity electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic flight and vehicle simulation equipment and structural test systems that are supplied to the aerospace and automotive markets.

Tokyo Precision Instruments Co. Ltd. (TSS) - Servovalves, Hydraulic Systems, and Pneumatic Components

Moog Inc. acquired eighty-one percent of the stock of Tokyo Precision Instruments Co. Ltd. (TSS) from MELCO (Mitsubishi Electric Corporation) and other shareholders in April 2002. Located near Nagoya, Japan, TSS is a manufacturer of high-performance servovalves, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components.

Moog Inc. acquired the RKP pump product line from Robert Bosch GmbH in 2001. Moog maintained the Bosch manufacturing facility in Nuremberg and integrated engineering and application staff at its Boblingen facility. Whitton Products for the Industrial Gas Turbine Industry

Moog acquired the stock of Whitton Technology Limited in the U.K., and the Industrial Gas Turbine assets of Whitton Technology, Inc. in the U.S. in 2000. Known as Moog Whitton, this division designs and manufacturers of lube oil and fuel pumps, fuel control systems, start packs, and multi-function turbine control systems pumps and specialty products for producers of industrial power generating equipment.

Moog Inc. acquired the Vickers Electrics Division of Aeroquip-Vickers S.p.A., a manufacturer of high-performance electric drives located in Casella, Italy in 2000. Moog Inc. acquired majority interest in Hydrolux, SARL, a Luxembourg designer and manufacturer of hydraulic power control systems for industrial machinery in 1998. Known today as Moog Integrated Hydraulic Manifold Systems, this product line is sold and serviced throughout the world.

Ultra Hydraulics Limited

Moog Inc. acquired the servovalve product line of Ultra Hydraulics Limited in March 1995. This history of this product line traces back to a license granted from Moog in the late 1950's to the Dowty Group.
